Financial Policy

All fees are payable at the time of service. We also offer a cost-effective pre-payment plan to assist with your finances and reward your commitment to your  health and wellness. Refunds can be requested within one year from the date of your last visit. After one year, credits are non-refundable and non-reclaimable.

Interruption of Care and Refunds

If you need to discontinue your care and have prepaid for a course, the remaining credit will be refunded as follows: the number of visits received multiplied by the full adjustment fee, subtracted from the total amount paid. Refunds are processed via bank transfer, please allow 10 working days for reimbursement from the time of receiving bank details.

24-Hour Notice Policy – Rescheduling Appointments

To reschedule an appointment, please provide 24 hours' notice, or you will be charged 50% of the service fee. Due to our busy schedule, providing adequate notice allows another client to use your appointment slot. We completely understand sometimes this is unavoidable but please inform us as soon as possible. Our front desk will assist you in adhering to any recommendations made.

Informed Consent for Examination and Treatment

Before we begin any consultation, examination, or ongoing treatment, we require your consent. We will explain any minimal risks associated with the treatment beforehand. Our goal is to provide you with thorough information about your body, available care options, and to improve overall wellness. We are always here to answer any questions you may have. By proceeding with the treatment, you acknowledge your consent.

Health Insurance

Due to varying policies and coverages, our clinic is not registered with all health insurers. Our staff may not be familiar with the specifics of your policy, so it is your responsibility to verify with your insurer that our services are covered. We will not be liable if insurance does not cover the services provided. Please ensure you have confirmation from your insurer before proceeding.

  • BUPA: We are not currently registered with BUPA. Patients with BUPA cover are welcome to attend as private patients, but costs cannot be reclaimed from BUPA.

  • AXA Health: We can invoice AXA directly if you provide your AXA Member Number, Claim Number, details of any excess, and the number of sessions authorised. Please note that authorisation codes do not always guarantee full cover for the sessions approved, and any shortfall in payment remains the responsibility of the patient.

We cannot hold accounts; payment is required at the time of service unless invoicing directly to AXA has been pre-arranged. We cannot alter receipts or invoices, as this constitutes insurance fraud.

SMS Reminder Messages

We offer a text message service to remind you of your next appointment. Please note that these messages are computer-generated and may not be 100% reliable. Ensure you also mark your appointment in your diary. You can text back if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Mobile Phones

Please put your phone away and on silent during your visit to enjoy a digital detox. You can relax on the chiropractic benches for your adjustment. We are happy to charge your device while you recharge yourself.

Recording Devices

To protect privacy and avoid regulatory issues, we prohibit the use of recording devices (audio and video) in our practice. Posting recordings online without context can lead to problems with our regulatory board and the ASA. Please respect this non-negotiable policy and focus on relaxing and calming your nervous system during your visit.

Dress Policy

To ensure your comfort, we have eliminated the use of gowns for chiropractic appointments at our practice. Please wear sensible clothing that does not restrict movement. If you feel uncomfortable during a session, you will be able to request an assistant to be present in the room.
