Sydney Bradshaw
Chiropractor (GCC 05191)I have always known I wanted to work with people and support them in achieving their best possible health and wellbeing. My journey into chiropractic care started similarly to a lot of the people I see. I suddenly stopped being able to do the thing that I loved to do. At the age of 15, I got my first sports injury and was in a debilitating state. I experienced different types of treatment and discovered the impact chiropractic could have. I was fascinated by the body’s ability to heal, adapt, and function when given the right support and that’s what inspired me to pursue this career.
I completed my chiropractic degree after five years of study at the Anglo-European Chiropractic College (AECC) in Bournemouth, graduating with First Class Honors. Since then, I have loved working with people from all walks of life from newborns, office workers, keen athletes, expecting mothers and the elderly. I take a collaborative approach to care, really listening and working together with each person to create a plan that supports their individual goals.
I strongly believe in being proactive when it comes to health. Not just addressing pain when it arises, but maintaining a balanced lifestyle to support long-term wellbeing, For me, that balance includes staying active, looking after my body both physical and mental health, and making time for the things that bring joy and energy into my everyday life.
My approach:
A variety of gentle chiropractic techniques specially tailored for the individual.
I take a collaborative approach to care, focusing on improving function, reducing tension and supporting overall wellbeing .
Websters Technique, mostly used during pregnancy but can also be used for others.
Having grown up competing in netball and swimming at a national level, movement has always been a big part of my life. I have incorporated pilates to help strengthen my mind-body connection. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy discovering new places within London and abroad, reading and going to the gym and classes with friends and family.
